We built this because we watched the alternative for twenty years.

Rob and Brandon spent two decades in local-business marketing, at every major company that has ever served small businesses in the United States. SBC. Ma Bell. YP.com. AT&T. YP.com again. Superpages. The last national platform we worked at.

At every single step we watched the same thing happen. A company starts with real craft — people who care about local business owners, who pick up the phone, who do the work. Then the company gets large enough to take itself seriously. Public equity, private equity, growth-at-all-costs leadership comes in. Margin becomes the metric. And the way to drive margin in a service-delivery business is to outsource as much delivery work as possible to wherever it is cheapest. First the writing. Then the design. Then the build. Then the account management. By the end the only thing left in the United States is sales.

The relationships that brought the business in dissolve into a ticket queue. The local plumber who trusted his rep at the start finds himself talking to someone in a different country who has never spoken to him. The trust gets transferred to a $4-an-hour contractor and lost in translation.

We started YelloPost so we would not have to participate in that anymore.

Not because we are virtuous. Because we got tired. We watched it for twenty years and we got clear about what we wanted to build instead.

What we wanted to build was small. Small enough that the two of us can do every piece of work ourselves. Small enough that we can pick up the phone when you call. Small enough that we never have to outsource anything, ever, because if we cannot do the work ourselves we will turn the work down.

The principles we will not compromise.

Owner-built. Owner-run. The two of us do the work. Always. Brandon writes the code, configures the infrastructure, trains the AI, manages the technical stack. Rob runs the agency operations, manages the accounts, handles accessibility compliance. There is no third person, no contractor, no offshore team.

Never outsourced. Not to India. Not to Brazil. Not to China. Not to the Philippines. Not to Eastern Europe. Not to a domestic subcontractor either. If we cannot do it ourselves, we do not do it.

One bundled fee. No upcharge surprises. No "but you also need this plugin." No "the chatbot is extra." No "we forgot to mention the SSL certificate." Everything is in the monthly fee. Always.

You own everything. Your domain. Your source code. Your content. Your data. If you ever leave us, we hand off everything. We will not be holding anything hostage.

Cancel anytime after the first 12 months. No multi-year lock-in. No early-termination fee. 30 days notice and you are out, with all your files.

Both owners are reachable directly. Brandon: (559) 281-1737. Rob: (916) 990-8814. No call center. No tier-1 support. The owners answer the phone.

The things we will never do.

We will never grow past what the two of us can deliver. The temptation will come. It always does. We will say no.

We will never sell to private equity. If we get to a point where the only path forward is taking outside capital, we will close the business instead. The whole point of YelloPost AI is to not be that kind of company.

We will never put a layer between you and us. No account managers. No project managers. No customer success representatives. If you have a question, you ask one of the two of us, directly.

We will never make a promise we cannot personally keep. If we cannot deliver something, we will tell you before we sign. We will not subcontract our way out of an honest "no."

We will never charge you for ad spend. Google bills you directly for clicks and leads. We bill you only for our fee. There is no markup, no float, no hidden margin in the ad budget.

We will never recommend a service you do not need. If a $599/mo Launch tier is the right call for you, we will tell you, even though we make more on $2,499 Scale.

Who this is for.

If you are a service business owner who has been frustrated by an agency that turned out to be a brand wrapped around an offshore call center, this is for you.

If you have been with one of the national local-business marketing platforms and watched the deterioration we described, this is for you.

If you would rather pay one fair monthly fee than write a five-figure check upfront, this is for you.

If you want to talk to the people actually building your site — not a sales rep, not an account manager, but the two people whose hands are on the keyboard — this is for you.

Who this is not for.

If you are a 500-location franchise looking for enterprise-platform scale, we are not for you.

If you need a marketing partner with a 24/7 international support team, we are not for you.

If your business runs on assumptions and processes that require multi-year contracts with significant volume discounting, we are not for you.

If you want a yes-man who will agree with every marketing idea you have, we are not for you. We will push back when we think you are wrong.

The promise.

We will do the work, ourselves, in the United States, with twenty years of experience between us, at a fair price, for as long as we are doing this.

If you want to talk, you have our phone numbers and emails. The whole company is reachable in two clicks.

We do not do this for the money. We do it because we got tired of watching the alternative.
