YelloPost AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
We also build accessible websites for our clients. We hold ourselves to the same standard we deliver to them.
2. Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG is the international standard for web accessibility, defining requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
yellopost.ai is conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.
3. AdaWebPro Accessibility Partnership
We have integrated the AdaWebPro accessibility widget across our site. AdaWebPro is an affiliated company we partially own and operate; we use the same widget that we deploy on client sites.
The widget provides visitor-controlled accessibility adaptations without requiring the visitor to change their device settings or install browser extensions.

5. How to Use the Widget
5.1 Opening the Widget
The accessibility widget is available on every page. Look for the yellow accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Click or tap it to open the widget panel.
5.2 Saving Preferences
Your selected preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage and persist across visits to yellopost.ai. Preferences are not transmitted to any server.
5.3 Resetting Preferences
To reset all preferences, open the widget panel and click the “Reset” button at the bottom.
5.4 Language Support
The widget supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, and French. It auto-detects based on your browser’s language setting.
6. Keyboard Shortcuts
You can navigate yellopost.ai entirely with a keyboard:
- Tab — move to next interactive element
- Shift + Tab — move to previous interactive element
- Enter / Space — activate links, buttons, controls
- Arrow keys — navigate within dropdown menus and form selects
- Escape — close menus, modals, popups
Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements. If you find any element without a visible focus indicator, please report it.
7. Site-Wide Accessibility Features
In addition to the AdaWebPro widget, yellopost.ai is built with the following structural accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML5 structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Skip-to-content link for screen reader users
- ARIA landmarks and labels where appropriate
- Alt text for all meaningful images
- Form labels associated with form fields
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Resizable text without breaking layout (up to 200%)
- No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
- Captions and transcripts for any audio or video content
- Mobile-friendly responsive design

9. Known Issues
We are not aware of any current accessibility issues on yellopost.ai. If you encounter one, please report it (see Section 13) and we will fix it within 5 business days.
10. Ongoing Accessibility Effort
Accessibility is not a one-time check. We perform:
- Automated scanning of all pages on every site update
- Manual keyboard testing on every new page or major change
- Color contrast verification on every design change
- Screen reader spot-testing on quarterly basis
- External accessibility review on annual basis
If accessibility regressions are introduced, we fix them within 5 business days of discovery.
11. Third-Party Content
yellopost.ai may include content from third parties (Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Cloudflare CDN, embedded media). While we select third parties with strong accessibility track records, we cannot guarantee full WCAG conformance of third-party content.
If you experience accessibility issues with third-party content, please report them to us and we will work with the relevant provider to resolve the issue or find an accessible alternative.
12. Alternate Formats
If you require any content from yellopost.ai in an alternative format (large print, audio recording, plain-text version), please contact us. We will provide the requested format within 10 business days at no charge.
