1. What we collect

When you visit yellopost.ai or interact with our chatbot, we collect: name, email, phone number, business name, website URL, industry, and any message content you submit voluntarily. We also collect basic analytics (page views, referrer, IP-derived country) via Cloudflare.

2. How we use it

To respond to your demo request, send you onboarding materials if you become a client, and improve our service. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

• Anthropic Claude API — powers the chatbot. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, your conversations are not used to train their models.
• Zoho Mail — sends your inquiry to [email protected] via SMTP.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS, CDN, and security. May collect IP-based analytics.

4. Data retention

Chat logs: 90 days. Lead inquiries: 24 months. Contract clients: for the life of the contract + 7 years for accounting.

5. Your rights

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We'll respond within 30 days.
