YelloPost AI is a custom-built AI chatbot service from YelloPost Media Group. We design, train, deploy, and maintain conversational AI assistants for local service businesses.
Starter and Pro tiers are month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days notice. Enterprise tier requires an annual contract. Overage fees apply if you exceed your tier's message limit.
One-time $499 onboarding fee covers discovery, training, build, install, and 30 days of post-launch refinement. Non-refundable after the discovery call.
You agree not to train your chatbot to deceive customers, make illegal claims, or engage in discrimination. We reserve the right to suspend service if used for harmful purposes.
You own your business data, your conversation logs, and your lead information. We own the YelloPost AI framework, system prompts we author, and the chat widget code.
Starter and Pro: no SLA. We target 99% uptime but make no guarantees. Enterprise: 99.9% SLA with credits for downtime.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not responsible for losses caused by chatbot mistakes (it's AI — sometimes it's wrong). You should review and refine the bot's behavior before relying on it for high-stakes decisions.
Either party can cancel with 30 days notice (Starter/Pro) or per contract terms (Enterprise). Upon cancellation, the chat widget will be deactivated and your data exported to you.
